Delivery Options and Charges

All orders are sent tracked by Royal Mail.

You may choose from 2 delivery options if you are based in the UK;

Royal Mail Tracked 24 tracked.

  • Tracked to delivery point

  • Photo on delivery

  • SMS or email notifications

  • Delivery within two to three working days

  • Compensation cover up to £150

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm*

  • Full tracking

  • Photo and signature on delivery

  • Guaranteed delivery next day by 1pm* or your money back

  • Compensation cover up to £750

Note: Please ensure someone will be in to sign for your parcel. We will not be responsible for any missed deliveries.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

All orders received by 11am will be despatched the same working day, all orders after this time will be sent the next working day.
The delivery services we use usually only deliver Monday - Friday, so for orders sent on Thursday please expect delivery on Monday.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to addresses given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery because of the incorrect address being entered at the checkout.

Customs and Import Charges

Please contact us for overseas orders.
We will calculate your shipping cost and arrange this for you.

For shipments outside of the UK (this includes Europe) additional taxes or import charges may be applied to your parcel on entry to your country, any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you refuse to accept these charges and your parcel is returned, any customs fees that may have been incurred will be deducted from the total of your refund.

Customs charges vary depending on the destination country, generally the cost is approximately 20% of the order value, please check with your local government website or use an online calculator for a more accurate.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your Lucy Berridge Interiors Ltd products.
However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or within 28 days for an exchange.

Please notify us if you would like to return your order please contact lucy@lucyberridge.com with details of your order number and items for return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, a tracked service is recommended.
You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.

Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

All returns will be processed within 14 working days.

Lucy Berridge Interiors Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods do not meet the above guidelines.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
